I was a little confused with the message I got. I've looked it over again and I noticed you didn't start with the start codon or end with the end codon. Any light you could shed on the matter would be helpful!
Actually, xxcheshire.kat included random bases at the beginning and the end of her code, before and after the start and stop codon respectively, which is what was required in the assignment. My question is that I don't quite understand the sentence. :-)
